TARCON is a BIM sector expert with years of extensive experience. Our core activities include project coordination and consulting. Additionally, we offer BIM-related training. Functions
ADDING BASIC QUANTITIES TO THE MODEL
/simsalaBIM automatically generates basic quantities for the model. The output is an IFC file where elements are assigned net and gross floor areas, heights, lengths, and so forth.
Boxify

Boxifier simplifies IFC geometry in such a way that the volume significantly decreases, yet the shape remains recognizable.
DALUXIFIER
/simsalaBIM optimizes the model to be more suitable and efficient for software use.
CALCULATION OF GROSS AREAS FOR HOLLOW CORE SLABS
/simsalabim can calculate areas for the desired model. It's important to know: volumes are added at the sub-element level, not at the assembly level.
